| Cloud manufacturing has become an important means and inevitable trend to lead and promote the transformation and development of manufacturing enterprises from traditional production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented and intelligent manufacturing.Cloud manufacturing task scheduling is a key factor affecting the operation quality of cloud manufacturing service,which involves two links,cloud manufacturing service resource allocation at the level of cloud manufacturing platform and manufacturing task production regulation within the manufacturing resource provider.However,the production process in the cloud manufacturing environment is characterized by multi-resource coordination.How to reasonably coordinate and allocate manufacturing resources for cloud manufacturing tasks to ensure the scheduling quality of cloud manufacturing tasks is a major challenge in the current cloud manufacturing field.At the same time,as the edge of production,manufacturing resource providers usually perform cloud manufacturing tasks in the workshop bottom environment with high-frequency disturbance.How to timely adjust the production scheme of cloud manufacturing tasks in the workshop bottom to respond to the production environment with high-frequency disturbance is another difficult problem to ensure the scheduling quality of cloud manufacturing tasks.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of cloud manufacturing task scheduling,this paper studies a cloud edge collaborative scheduling method of cloud manufacturing task based on intelligent Agent.Firstly,the collaborative relationship between cloud manufacturing platform and production edge was analyzed based on cloud manufacturing mode,and the intelligent Agent of cloud manufacturing platform and production edge was studied,and a cloud edge collaborative scheduling mechanism of cloud manufacturing task based on intelligent Agent was designed,which combined the dynamic allocation of cloud manufacturing service resources and the control of edge production.Secondly,a platform layer manufacturing resource dynamic allocation strategy based on intelligent Agent for cloud-side production capacity data collaboration is designed.A manufacturing resource allocation model based on the dynamic game between cloud manufacturing platform and production edge was established.The improved NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the Nash equilibrium in the manufacturing resource allocation game model,and the application effect of the algorithm was verified.Then,a control mechanism of cloud manufacturing task edge production based on intelligent Agent cloud-edge service collaboration is designed,and a control model of edge production based on Gene Regulatory Network(GRN)is builded.Parameters of the control model are optimized by Q-learning.The application of production regulation method based on GRN is verified.Finally,based on the “Cloud Manufacturing Service Platform for machine Tool equipment and its Processing operation process” developed by the research group in the early stage and combined with the above research,the module of “Cloud edge Collaborative Scheduling of Cloud manufacturing Tasks based on intelligent Agent” is developed. |
