In recent years,my country’s urbanization process has developed rapidly and the consumption structure of residents has been continuously upgraded.The fresh products cold chain distribution industry has followed the trend and achieved unprecedented development.Different from general goods,fresh products have fragile natural attributes,and have stricter requirements for the completeness of the cold chain distribution system.A company,as an urban fresh products supplier and service provider,has gained more development opportunities in a favorable industry environment.At the same time,it also faces a series of challenges in the urban distribution link,such as high distribution costs and low customer satisfaction.In view of the large scale of urban development and the complex and arduous tasks of fresh products distribution,the divisional distribution model of each distribution center adopted by A company has shown various drawbacks in the urban fresh product distribution process.Each distribution center performs coverage distribution according to the divided areas,which makes it difficult to coordinate the supply of fresh products distribution capacity and the needs of customers in time and space,resulting in the inability of logistics resources between different areas to interact,resulting in the phenomenon that the busyness of distribution centers in each area is inconsistent.Considering the needs of the cold chain logistics distribution of urban fresh products of A company,under the principle of information and resource interaction among multiple distribution centers,the paper proposes a logistics model of cross-regional joint distribution,integrating the urban fresh product distribution network,and multi-distribution centers.Distribution service,in order to achieve the purpose of effective integration of logistics resources and improved service level.In addition,fresh products are more sensitive to the delivery time,but the urban road network is complex and changeable.In view of the increasingly severe urban traffic situation,the time-varying road network is taken as an important consideration in the distribution of urban fresh products of A company.It is of great significance to formulate the optimization scheme of the cold chain distribution path of fresh products.The research object of this thesis is the distribution of fresh products in the city of A company.Combined with the real conditions of the time-dependent urban road network,the goal is to balance the distribution benefits,and to explore the best distribution plan,the following work is carried out: First,analyze the current situation of the fresh product logistics and distribution of A company,find out the main problems existing in the distribution process of A company and based on this,and the multi-center and half-opening under the time-dependent road network is constructed a multi-objective path optimization model for joint distribution.Then,compare the characteristics of each algorithm in solving the vehicle routing problem,and design an NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm that conforms to the model of the thesis.Finally,combined with the example,Matlab2019 a is used to solve the model and obtain the pareto solution set.At the same time,by setting up a comparative experiment,it proves the rationality of the formulation of the thesis model and plans the best distribution path for A company.Experiments show that this model improves the efficiency of A company’s urban fresh products cold chain distribution,reduces waste and idleness of resources,improves resource integration capabilities,and reduces distribution costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.The regional overall development of the distribution link provides a better idea,and also provides some practical guidance for fresh product logistics companies carrying out the same business.There are 18 figures,24 tables and 50 references in this thesis. |
