As a software outsourcing company founded in 1996,after 25 years of continuous development,H company has become a digital technology service enterprise providing leading products,services and solutions to global customers.The scope of undertaking includes software development,system integration and data analysis,and has become a leading enterprise in the same industry in China.But in recent years,with the increasingly severe international politics,the cooling of Sino Japanese relations,the weakening of the yen exchange rate and the rise of domestic labor costs,the company has shown signs of slowing development and declining profit margins.Especially since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,the overall operation of the company has been greatly affected.If enterprises want to solve these problems and maintain long-term industry competitiveness,they must find methods from the strategic level and analyze and adjust the original development strategy.Based on the above background,this paper first introduces the relevant background and theories involved in the research,combs the development process of H company,analyzes the internal and external environment of the company’s software outsourcing business in detail,obtains the impact of the external environment and the same industry on the company’s development,and points out the problems existing in the company’s own development.Then,based on the situation analysis under the internal and external competitive environment and competitive conditions,using the SWOT strategic analysis model,this paper makes a strategic analysis on the opportunities and threats in the external situation and the advantages and disadvantages of internal strength of H company,and then obtains the optimal development strategy for the development of outsourcing business of H company through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of multiple development strategic schemes.Finally,it discusses the guarantee and implementation measures of the development strategy from the aspects of organizational structure adjustment,business content change and enterprise culture construction,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy.Through the analysis of the outsourcing business development strategy of H company,it is clear to implement the strategic plan of improving personnel ability,expanding the scale of Japan branch,integrating domestic and foreign businesses,cultivating domestic customers and group development,so as to further improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,improve the core competitiveness of the company,enable the enterprise to establish sustainable competitive advantage,improve the ability of the company to resist business risks,and realize the all-round upgrading of the enterprise and its own sustainable development.The development strategy proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for software outsourcing enterprises of the same type and scale.
