| With the continuously opening up of domestic public fund and private fund business to foreign capital.The successful implementation of these financial software projects play a crucial role on whether an fund enterprise could quickly open new market and improve the work efficiency of fund operation.Fund Management firms usually develop end-to-end software to open and connect multiple business process according to their own needs and capabilities.Meanwhile,E2 E software projects have the characteristics of long project cycle,huge demand function points,high business process complexity,multiple stakeholders,large data volume,with multiple upstream and downstream systems and high automation requirements.These characteristics make a lot of requirement analysis work in E2 E project,and the quality of requirement analysis work directly affects whether the software system can be successfully delivered or not.The purpose of this thesis is to solve the problems in the requirement analysis work of E2 E software projects.This thesis takes the current situation of E2 E software project requirements analysis as the background,combined with requirement analysis method theory and project management theory,from five dimensions of requirement evaluation,requirement analysis planning,requirement elicitation and analysis,demand tracking and supervision and solution evaluation.It summarizes various problems in existing requirement analysis process of current E2 E software projects which affected the progress of the E2 E delivery,and an in-depth analysis of the causes of main problems was carried out.The research adopts the methods of document analysis,questionnaire survey and interview analysis.By designing a questionnaire based on the five methods of software project requirement analysis and the actual situation of the company.Through the summary and analysis of the sample data,combined with the analysis of the interview results,it is concluded that E2 E software project lack of requirement evaluation and accurate estimation,the implementation & plan was delayed,the requirement analysis is unsatisfied,the requirement change is uncontrollable and business user does not accept the solution,and the root causes of the problems are analyzed,including:Requirements are not evaluated effectively,requirements analysis planning is not perfect,requirements are not fully elicited,changes are not tracked enough,and solutions are not followed up properly.And then,put forward corresponding and feasible improvement design and solution through requirement analysis method theory and E2 E practice,from standardizing requirement evaluation system and review,improving demand analysis planning and execution,improving demand elicitation and analysis ability,strengthening demand change tracking and supervision,and establishing communication and confirmation process of solution to implement improvements.In the end,by developing and improving the organization,system,corporate culture and information technology support,it provides the safeguard measures for the requirement analysis improvement plan of E2 E software projects,which strengthens the requirement analysis ability and improves the requirement analysis work status of E2 E software projects.It is expected that through the research of this thesis,the R&D efficiency of E2 E software projects will be improved and the smooth delivery of the project will be promoted.At the same time,it can also provide other software-related projects with fund operation that can refer to improvement suggestions in terms of requirement analysis. |
