| The rapid development of the Internet era provides users with a more convenient way to share information,and provides new ways and means for people to carry out knowledge exchange.With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,academic virtual community has gradually entered the vision of researchers and scholars,becoming an important platform for knowledge exchange and discussion,as well as a new frontier for academic collision and knowledge innovation.Academic virtual community is an important form of informal academic exchange.As an important form of informal academic communication,academic virtual community has incomparable high efficiency in knowledge exchange among its members.Users in the academic community are equal.They can have a dialogue at any time,express their opinions and ideas freely,and give full play to the autonomy of users.Academic virtual community enables the rapid dissemination of information and knowledge in a short time,and plays an important role in the process of knowledge acquisition,sharing,transfer and creation.At present,there are many academic virtual communities in China,including well-known academic communities such as "MuChong","Jingguan zhi jia","Science Network" and "DXY".etc.While the academic community is booming,its existing problems are increasingly prominent,such as the mutual trust between members,the quality of knowledge sharing,and the management of community platforms.How to solve the problem of low user activity and low enthusiasm for knowledge sharing in the community and improve users’willingness to share knowledge is the focus of this paper.Based on the social capital theory,knowledge management theory and technology acceptance model,this research puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis and establishes a model to study the influence of social capital and technology support on knowledge sharing behavior.Through literature review,this study divides structural capital into three dimensions:relationship capital,structural capital and cognitive capital,and divides technical support into two aspects:perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use to explore its impact on the quantity and quality of knowledge sharing.We used Python crawler software to crawl the user information under the "Science Net"management comprehensive section,and used zero-inflated negative binomial(ZINB)regression analysis to conduct empirical research on the hypothesis.The results show that relational capital and structural capital respectively have a significant positive impact on the quality and quantity of knowledge sharing in the academic virtual community,which are continuous driving forces;Cognitive capital,with the intervention of other factors,has a certain positive effect on the amount of knowledge sharing;The impact of technical support on knowledge sharing varies significantly,the perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on the quality and quantity of knowledge sharing,while perceived usefulness has a significant negative impact on the quality of knowledge sharing.According to the research results,this paper puts forward guiding strategies to promote the knowledge sharing behavior of users in academic virtual community from the aspects of enhancing users’ trust,enhancing users’ sense of reciprocity,improving users’ community identity,improving social connection between users and improving users’ ease of use. |
