With the continuous improvement of industrial automation levels,the application of dynamic check-weighing is becoming more and more extensive.This thesis designs a dynamic check-weighing monitoring system for an automated packaging line in a chemical plant in Qingdao,which consists of four parts: dynamic check-weighing,rejecting,upper computer monitoring,and inkjet printing.The PLC controls the stepper motor to drive the conveyor belt to transport the bags,and the PLC communicates with the weighing instrument to obtain the weighing data of the bags in real time,and the PLC determines whether the weight of the bags is qualified according to the set value of the touch screen.If the bag is not qualified,the PLC will control the rejection and if the bag is qualified,it will be transported to the subsequent coding section.The host computer communicates with the PLC,reads the weighing data from the storage area of the PLC,and saves it into the SQL Server database to realize the statistics,queries,and traceability of the bag information.The host computer extracts the relevant field information from the database and transmits it to the printer,which prints these contents on the bags.This thesis mainly focuses on:(1)The research status on dynamic check weighing and the specific check weighing requirements of the check weighing system for the product are analyzed.The overall design of the dynamic check weighing monitoring system for the automated packaging assembly line is presented.The design mainly includes: an overview of the automated packaging line;a description of the line components and functions;an analysis of the functional requirements of the dynamic check-weighing monitoring system and a proposal of the system design principles and design solutions.(2)The hardware equipment of the dynamic check-weighing system is selected and the overall hardware architecture is built.METTLER TOLEDO load cells and dynamic weighing instruments,Omron PLC,and WEINVIEW touch screen are selected.PLC as the main controller is responsible for controlling the operation of the stepper motor,driving the conveyor belt,reading the weighing data,judging the bag weight conformity,and controlling the action of rejecting the device.(3)The design of the software part of the dynamic check-weighing system is designed.These designs include PLC and weighing instrument communication program design based on modbus RTU,program design for controlling the operation of PLC stepping motor,judging whether the weight of packaging bags is qualified,and rejecting packaging bags with unqualified weight,touch screen software interface settings,communication design between PC and PLC based on FINS protocol,SQL Server database table design,upper computer interface user login,dynamic display,and data query interface design.(4)The design of the inkjet printing system is designed.The upper computer extracts the production date,production time,and product number and other field information from the SQL Server database,and sends the field information to the printer through the network connection,and the printer prints the field information to the product packaging bags.The upper computer inkjet printing software is developed based on Visual Basic.The automatic packaging line dynamic check-weighing monitoring system has been running stably in a chemical plant in Qingdao,reducing the manual work intensity and improving the efficiency of bag check-weighing.
