| With the gradual advancement of China’s Carbon peaking and Carbon neutrality goals,the Vehicle electrification transformation has become an inevitable trend of the development of new era and an important support of sustainable development strategy.As the main energy supply facilities for the development of electric vehicle(EV)industry,charging infrastructure has played a fundamental and key role in the EV industry.Therefore,how to adapt the development of charging infrastructure to the rapid growth of EV stock,meet consumers’ demand for high-quality charging,achieve green travel and low-carbon development has become an important topic that is highly concerned and actively promoted by academic community and the government.Although charging infrastructure in China has a certain scale,there are still a series of problems in the process of construction and operation,which restrict the development of the EV industry.The outstanding performance is that there are many stakeholders involved in the development process,the overall utilization rate of the industry is low,and the interconnectivity between operators is poor.According to the current development model of charging infrastructure in China,the government is the leader and supervisor to promote its development,the operator are the main participants,and consumers are the main users.Therefore,this paper studies the interaction mechanism between the government-operator-consumer in the process of coordinated development of charging infrastructure,explores the strategic choices of various stakeholders to participate in the coordinated development of charging infrastructure,and analyzes the policy tendency and consumer preference factors the decision-making behavior of charging infrastructure operators has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of charging infrastructure in China.First of all,this paper summarizes the related researches in the field of charging infrastructure at home and abroad from three aspects: the layout planning,supply model and operation model.On the basis of understanding the research status of this field,overview of charging infrastructure,related theories and methods are summarized.Then,from the perspective of three stakeholders,government,the operator and consumers,under the assumptions based on the actual situation,an evolutionary game model for the coordinated development of stakeholders of charging infrastructure is constructed.According to the equilibrium analysis of the evolutionary game,based on the replication dynamic equation,the system dynamics model is constructed,and the VENSIM software is used for numerical simulation,which intuitively reflects the evolution process and stable results of the tripartite strategy,and reveals the interaction between the main bodies.Finally,from the perspective of complex networks,considering factors such as policy tendencies and consumer preferences,a complex network evolutionary game model of charging infrastructure operators’ behavior is constructed,and the network is updated based on the Fermi rule and the broken edge reconnection rule in complex networks.Structure,explore the influence of network structure,subsidy intensity,charging electricity price and other factors on the behavior evolution of operators on complex networks. |
