| Three-dimensional space ring is a common equipment in the space science and technology museum,which can simulate human perception and experience in space.The ring can rotate at a variety of speeds,and the inner ring is equipped with swivel chairs,on which visitors can fully experience the feeling of losing balance due to free rotation in three-dimensional(3d)space.Based on the background of the upgrading of the 3d space ring equipment in a science and technology experience museum,a 3d space ring monitoring system based on NX motion controller is designed in this thesis,which includes two parts: the motion control system and the host computer monitoring system.The motion control system takes the NX motion controller as the core,together with the servo drive and touch screen to control the rotation speed and running time of the rolling ring.The host computer monitoring system is developed using C# and SQL Server database,which is mainly responsible for the collection,storage and management of equipment operation data.Visitors can understand their own body functions by viewing various data during the operation process.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The structure,function and function of the 3d space ring are introduced,the requirements of the 3d space ring monitoring system are analyzed,and the key technical problems to be solved are introduced.Starting from the actual needs of the science and technology experience museum,the overall design of the monitoring system is carried out,including the design of the motion control system and the host computer monitoring system,and the hardware system,software architecture,communication technology and other aspects are analyzed.(2)The motion control system is designed,complete the hardware selection and configuration,and write the motion control program and the touch screen screen program.The hardware uses NX102 motion controller,Xinjie servo drive and Delta touch screen.The NX controller controls the servo motor through Ether CAT communication,which is simple,convenient,accurate and efficient.Motion control programs include manual programs,automatic programs,and alarm programs.A touch screen screen program is designed,which can set operating parameters and display the operating status of the equipment in real time.(3)C# and SQL Server database are used,and the host computer monitoring system is developed.The monitoring system communicates with the MOTION controller through FINS protocol to realize real-time data collection and storage,and provides the trend display of the running data of the web page.The system has statistical analysis,data query,data deletion and other functions.The monitoring system has been run in a science and technology experience museum.The rotating speed of the ring can reach 35r/min.The speed control precision is high,the final state positioning is accurate,the operation is simple,and the system has abnormal alarm functions,and the operation is safe and reliable. |
