| Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic,with the popularity of the term metaverse,people are paying more and more attention to high-tech products such as AR.Through the fusion of AR and real scenes,all areas of our lives become more realistic,more vivid and richer.AR technology breaks through the limitations and connects the "visible" physical world and the "invisible" digital world is being realized faster and more widely.Its application has a profound impact on people’s lives.AR products focus on the user’s sensory experience,and the reaction behavior after the user’s experience can directly reflect the sensory value of the product to the user.The Stimulus-Organism-Response model is used to explain the impact of stimuli on user psychology and subsequent behavior.The response process used by AR products is similar to the stimulus-organ-response theoretical mechanism of the SOR model.Therefore,this study determined to use the SOR theory as the research framework to construct the SOR model of AR product design elements.Taking system quality and product quality as stimulus variables,emotional factors and physical factors as body variables,and continued use behavior as response variables,the SOR theoretical model of AR product design was constructed,and the effect of each factor on users’ continued use behavior after using AR products was explored.Based on the references,the author made eleven relevant assumptions and conducted a questionnaire survey with AR product users as the survey objects.After analyzing the recovered questionnaire data,the correlation between the elements was determined,and finally the research results were obtained,and the AR product design was carried out on the basis of understanding the product usage status and user needs.The innovations of this subject are as follows:(1)Research reveals the influence mechanism of continued use behavior of AR product application.Use system quality and product quality as independent variables,emotional factors and physical factors as intermediate variables,and continue to use behavioral responses as dependent variables.Summarize AR product design elements based on SOR model;(2)Design AR questionnaire items according to the scale,use SPSS software to analyze the recovered questionnaire data,and provide a theoretical basis for the research of AR application related design elements;(3)Fill in the research gap of SOR model in AR product design,provide research basis and theoretical model for improving AR product design,and provide valuable reference for the research and application of SOR theory in other fields.This study attempts to use new research methods to use AR technology to help achieve immersive interactive experience between people and products.At the same time,it provides new design ideas and design methods for product design in other technical fields,and the research results provide reference for related research. |
