| In recent years,with the rapid development of network communication technology and the popularity of mobile devices,App has gradually entered people’s lives.Especially in the e-commerce industry,e-commerce applications provided new experience for today’s consumers,gradually formed a new consumption trend.Therefore,from the perspective of the user experience of e-commerce application optimization design is of great significance.In full by the method of four,respectively is: the literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and user interviews.The main research content is as follows:(1)Basic theoretical analysis of user experience and interface design,the first combed the concept,characteristics,elements of user experience,the importance and design principles.Second,the research on the definition of interface design,principle and the interface factors that affect the user experience.(2)First of all,on the application of the China electronic commerce development present situation and the main classification analysis.Secondly,from the Angle of product positioning and interface design mainstream e-commerce applications are analyzed and summarized.(3)This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the target users of E-commerce applications in China by means of questionnaire survey and user interview.From three aspects: users’ basic information,users’ attitude towards e-commerce applications and users’ cognition of RED APP.(4)Summarize the problems existing in user experience of e-commerce app,propose based on the user experience of e-commerce app optimization principle,the optimization principle is applied to RED APP.Finally,the full text is summarized and prospected.In this paper,the main research results are as follows:(1)From two aspects of user experience and interface design for further research,conclusion e-commerce application user experience research train of thought,The research idea is applied to electronic commerce app product analysis.(2)This article through to the electrical contractor app product positioning and analysis summary of interface design,combining with the target user requirement analysis,put forward four principles of optimization: expanding commodity category,improves the quality of the goods;Improve the accuracy of the content recommended;Reduce the scene conversion,improve user time utilization;Strengthen the product brand essence.(3)Of target user interviews and questionnaire investigation,and obtain the basic information of the target user,user attitude on the application of the electricity and user cognition on the application of RED,and analyzes the results of the survey.According to the analysis result,the establishment of user model and refine the user demand,establish the optimization direction of the RED APP.(4)Apply theory to practice,Combine user needs with user experience optimization principles of e-commerce apps.Adjust the product structure,draw the prototype,and to optimize the design of the interface,finally for usability testing. |
