With the continuous development of trade globalization,container has become an important hub of the portage.Under 24/7 operating conditions,improving the efficiency of horizontal dispatching in the terminal and reducing the operation cost of container trucks are of great value to the operation and development of the container terminal.Based on the container terminal of a large domestic port,this paper analyzes various operation conflicts in the container terminal,puts forward different scheduling schemes for different operation scenarios,and verifies the effectiveness of both scheme through simulation.Firstly,in response to the operation scenario of the fully automated container terminal,considering the characteristics that the operation time of the equipment in the terminal can be predicted,a mixed integer programming model considering the operation conflict is established.Using the static scheduling method,a simulated annealing algorithm based on dynamic task chain is designed to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation and comparison with other algorithms.Secondly,in response to the operation scenario of the semi-automated container terminal and traditional container terminal,considering the randomness of various equipment in it,a corresponding simulation model is established.Using the dynamic scheduling method,a multi-stage scheduling algorithm based on buffer truck pool is designed,which can balance the operation efficiency of each query crane and alleviate the congestion in the yard.In the stage of truck task matching,a wider neighborhood simulated annealing algorithm is proposed.Simulation results show that the proposed search algorithm can expand the solution space to obtain a better solution.The proposed overall scheduling algorithm can effectively improve the operation efficiency of each machinery in the terminal,reduce the operation cost of container trucks,and improve the efficiency of the whole container terminal.
