Research On The Application Of Trusted Housing Leasing Based On Blockchain

Nowadays,there are many online housing rental applications,but there are still some typical problems in the current online house rental applications.The current housing rental application is still a centralized system,all the data of the system is controlled by the housing rental application,and there are some problems about information asymmetry.The authenticity of housing rental data needs to be improved.At present,there are still many fake information of house.Therefore,how to realize the decentralized management of housing rental application and improve the authenticity of house data are the problems that need to be solved at present.The decentralization and tamper resistance of blockchain provide a new research idea for housing rental applications.In order to truly realize the decentralized housing rental application and improve the credibility of house data,this thesis researches the housing rental application based on blockchain.This thesis mainly researches the following aspects:(1)the data model of housing rental application based on blockchain is researched in the decentralized mode,and proof of work is used as the consensus mechanism of the application.At the same time,based on the data structure of "block" and "chain" of blockchain adopted by bitcoin system,a set of data model suitable for trusted management of house leasing is proposed.(2)The authentic management of house data of the housing rental application based on blockchain is researched in the decentralized mode,the way of collecting house data by Internet of things equipment is adopted to ensure the authenticity of house data collection,the interplanetary file system(IPFS)is used to realize the expansion of blockchain storage,the authenticity verification algorithm of house source data is propsed,and the correctness of the algorithm is proved by predicate logic.(3)The authentic management of house leasing transactions in the house leasing application based on blockchain is researched in the decentralized mode.Based on the unspent transaction outputs(UTXO)model,a model that can eliminate fake house data leasing transactions and the authentication algorithm of house data leasing transactions is proposed,and the correctness is proved by predicate logic.This thesis designs the functional architecture of the housing rental application based on blockchain and implements the simulation of the housing rental application based on blockchain.This thesis constructs the blockchain network based on Ethereum platform and realizes the functions of each module of the house rental application based on blockchain by using smart contract.This thesis tests the effectiveness and the performance of the functions of the housing rental application based on blockchain.The test shows the effectiveness of the model and algorithm proposed in this thesis.
