Design And Development Of Project Management System Based On Shiro Framework

With the rapid development of information technology,enterprises cannot improve their competitiveness without information systems.Projects are the source of profits for every enterprise.The purpose of the construction of enterprise project management system is clear,which is used to change the enterprise’s management mode and methods,to objectively and conveniently feedback the basic information,status and plan of all projects,so as to improve enterprise working efficiency and management level.The project management system described in this paper is used to control the whole life cycle of the project,mainly to control the project schedule,cost,quality,documents and other aspects,through data to reflect the real operation of the project,improve the work efficiency of project managers.Based on the actual needs of the company,this paper uses the Shiro framework for fine permission control,adopts the B/S architecture,the Spring Boot open source framework,and the lightweight MySQL database to design and develop a practical project management system.From the point of view of the actual users,it realizes user management,project management,working hour management,work order management,task management,battle map,solution management,statistical report and document management,and other functions.Compared with the original old system,the operation rights of roles are further divided according to different modules,the granularity is finer,and the management is more flexible and convenient,the project management module has been improved to make the project progress controllable and traceable,and the working hour management module has been improved.,which improves the relationship between working hour and labor cost.In addition,some new functions have been added according to the needs of users.This paper mainly analyzes the function of the project management system,focus on the system of authority control,project cost control,document management and other designs,and it gives the realization method of the main function of the system,shows the implementation effect and test results.At present,the project management system has been put into use and is in good running condition.There is a need to improve the place is being improved.
