| With the in-depth implementation of the "Internet +" strategy,China’s software industry has developed rapidly.With the growing scale of the industry,problems such as weak growth of leading enterprises,low protection of intellectual property rights,and lack of breakthroughs in key technologies have been exposed.Software quality has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China’s software industry.For software enterprises,products are the vitality of enterprises.The quality of software products directly affects the customer experience,and defective products will even endanger the survival of enterprises.How to improve the quality of software products is a problem that every software enterprise must pay attention to.Taking the state-owned software enterprise a company as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the software development process from the aspects of process control and development specification,and optimizes the software development quality from the perspective of quality management.The core of software development quality management includes quality objectives,quality plans,quality control and quality assurance.Based on the concept of total quality management and PDCA management cycle,using flow chart analysis and fishbone diagram analysis,this paper studies the problems of demand analysis deviation,project delay,review anomie and excessive defects from the perspective of quality system design and process optimization.The analysis of company a shows that the software quality control needs to be optimized from four aspects: total quality management,project quality management,development and testing stage management and quality assurance management.The data show that the software development quality of company a is effectively improved by controlling the quality of each stage of software development quality and supporting relevant evaluation index benchmarks,It helps to enhance the market competitiveness of company A.The quality management process and optimization scheme proposed in this paper can be applied to other software enterprises in China. |
