Research On Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Blockchain Technology Adoption Willingness Based On TOE Framework

As the "rising star" of a new generation of information technology,blockchain has become the next generation of information technology such as Internet of Things,big data,virtual reality,artificial intelligence,etc.The "new star" after that is expected to promote human society from the information network era to the value network era.Vigorously promoting the application of blockchain technology in economic and social development has become an important policy of the country,but a considerable number of enterprises as the main body of the application still take a wait-and-see attitude towards the adoption of blockchain technology,and the overall development of blockchain applications is not as expected.There is an urgent need to solve this problem,and effective development countermeasures have been formed.In view of this,this study takes Chinese enterprises as the research object,based on the theory of information technology adoption,combined with the existing research on the adoption of blockchain technology at home and abroad,starting from the characteristics and conditions of enterprise adoption of blockchain technology,and analyzes the characteristics and conditions of enterprise adoption of blockchain technology.The influencing factors of the willingness to adopt blockchain technology are analyzed and refined,and the TOE structural equation model that affects the willingness of enterprises to adopt blockchain technology is established.Based on this model,a questionnaire survey was conducted to verify the theoretical model,and to explore the significant influencing factors and their mechanism of action that affect the willingness of enterprises to adopt blockchain technology.In this paper,a total of 469 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by statistical software such as SPSS and Mplus.The research results show that: the support of senior leaders and network effects have the most significant impact on the willingness to adopt enterprise blockchain technology,compatibility,complexity,cost saving,organizational resource preparation,government policy support,and social preparation have the most significant impact on enterprise blockchain technology adoption.Willingness has a significant impact,while relative advantages and data security in technical factors,organizational scale at the organizational level,and competitive and normative pressures in environmental dimensions have not passed the significance test.According to the above research conclusions,this research puts forward practical opinions and suggestions from various aspects for the government,blockchain technology research and development enterprises and enterprises that intend to adopt blockchain,and finally summarizes the research shortcomings and future prospects of this paper.
