| As an important component of microwave system,power divider can realize power distribution according to power division ratio.It has been widely used in antenna feeding system,phased array radar and other fields.Due to the increasing demand for the application of communication system,the functional integration of each module of communication system is increasing.The traditional narrowband power divider has shortcomings in working performance and device size,and has been unable to meet the needs of high performance,high integration and miniaturization.In order to achieve the unity of high performance,broadband and miniaturization of power divider,this thesis studies and designs miniaturized and broadband power divider in X-band.The main work is as follows:(1)In order to realize the miniaturization of the device,the traditional structure and Bridge-Tee Network(BTN)strucure of lumped components are used to equal ideal transmission line.After research and ADS simulation verification,the results show thatp-lowpass struture,T-lowpass structure and BTN structure can equivalent ideal transmission line,and the equivalent effect of the BTN structure is the best.After that,the power divider is constructed by replacing theλ/4transmission line in the Wilkinson power divider withp-lowpass structure,T-lowpass structure and BTN structure.The simulation results show that the power divider based on the BTN structure has the best work performance.(2)Based on BTN structure and using thin film micro nano process,an X-band miniaturized narrowband power divider is designed in a size of 1.4×0.8mm2(about 0.047λ0×0.027λ0)in HFSS electromagnetic simulation environment,which realizes the miniaturization of the device and has good work performance.In the bandwidth from 8 to 11.2GHz,the return loss/isolation is better than-15d B,the insertion loss is better than-3.6d B.(3)Aiming at the completed X-band miniaturized narrowband power divider,a model structure optimization scheme is adopted:Small inductors are replaced by transmission lines and connected to the same ground.An X-band improved miniaturized narrowband power divider is designed in a size of 1.1×0.7mm2(about 0.037λ0×0.025λ0),which better realizes the miniaturization of the device and has good work performance.In the bandwidth from 8 to 11.2GHz,the return loss/isolation is better than-15d B,the insertion loss is better than-3.52d B.(4)Using thin film micro nano process and model structure optimization scheme,an X-band miniaturized broadband power divider based on BTN structure is designed in a size of1.4×1.05mm2(about 0.047λ0×0.035λ0)in HFSS electromagnetic simulation environment,which realizes the miniaturization of the device and has good work performance.In the bandwidth from 8to 12GHz,the return loss is better than-17.5d B,the insertion loss is better than-3.6d B and the isolation is better than-20dB. |
