Research Of Dynamic Factors Of Real Estate Industry Development In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On Machine Learning

With the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,a large number of economic problems in the process of industrial upgrading need to be solved.The analysis of the impact of regional real estate industry on regional economic development has become a hot issue in the current research.Combining the geographical spatial characteristics and development status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper focuses on the relationship between regional economic phenomena and economic development laws by constructing quantitative system analysis process,and studies the influencing factors of real estate industry in Beijing-TianjinHebei region,which is of great practical significance to guide the development of regional economy and related industries in a good direction.First of all,selecting the initial influencing factor set of the industry.The data exploratory analysis and other means to optimize the influence set are used to research the relevant promotion effect of each important index on the development of the regional real estate industry,and the urban center effect in the region has been preliminarily analyzed.Secondly,the feature selection algorithm based on machine learning is used to retain various influencing factors with strong influence.Based on the optimal index set,the neural network model is used to predict the median of real estate industry development index as the basis for studying the radiation effect of urban centers in Beijing.The partial least squares structural equation model is used to quantitatively study the composite influencing factors of the development of the real estate industry.Through the combination of optimal index set,prediction results,influencing factors model analysis,the final impact of regional real estate industry development related factors set.Finally,through the gradual exploration of the influencing factors of the development of the real estate industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the dynamic influencing factors set is obtained,and the radiation effect of the development center of the real estate industry in the region is still obvious for a long time.And according to the corresponding problems in the process of industry development,the government,real estate developers and consumers put forward relevant suggestions.
