Abstract/Summary:
The progress of network technology and the development of the knowledge society have provided more convenient ways and broader channels for modern information exchange. The popularization of various intelligent electronic devices has also accelerated this process. The emergence of the Q&A community has met the increasing demand for people to communicate and obtain information through the Internet.Among them,it that continues to provide knowledge exchange for technical personnel with IT technology as the theme is a technical Q&A community, which has gradually become an individual or a group to carry out knowledge exchange. The efficiency of knowledge exchange has a great influence on the operation and development of the technical Q&A community. How to measure the efficiency of knowledge exchange in the technical Q&A community, and discover the law of change, plays an important role in enhancing the knowledge exchange in the technical Q&A community and improving the communication atmosphere. This thesis selects two representative technical Q&A communities at home and abroad-“OSChina” and “Stack Overflow” communities as research objects.Based on the existing research results and the characteristics of technical Q&A communities,we use the number of users, posts and discussion time as input indicators, and the number of views, replies and votes as output indicators to build an index system for evaluating the efficiency of knowledge exchange in technical Q&A communities, and use the software“Octopus Collector” to obtain the results of 15 popular tag sections of the two technical Q&A communities from 2018 to 2020.With the help of Max DEA 8 software, the static and dynamic efficiency values of the two technical Q&A communities are measured using the super-efficient SBM model, projection analysis and Malmquist index, including the pure technical efficiency value, scale efficiency and comprehensive technical efficiency value of each section,as well as the total factor productivity index efficiency value, the technical efficiency index value and the technical efficiency index value of each section, index efficiency values, technical efficiency index efficiency values and technical progress index efficiency values, and use them as samples to compare and analyze the changes of knowledge exchange between the two technical Q&A communities by echelon, and conclude that the “Stack Overflow” community is far ahead of the “OSChina”community in terms of both input and output volume. From a static analysis perspective, the number of effective and good boards in the “Stack Overflow” community is ahead of the “OSChina” community, and the efficiency of knowledge exchange in each board varies. From the perspective of static analysis, the number of effective and good boards in the “Stack Overflow” community is ahead of the “OSChina” community and the distribution is good, and the overall knowledge exchange efficiency is better than that of the “OSChina” community, and the management and utilization rate of the boards are higher and the scale is more reasonable;from the perspective of dynamic analysis, although the current. From the perspective of dynamic analysis, although the comprehensive technical efficiency of knowledge exchange in the “OSChina”community is worse than that in the “Stack Overflow” community, its total factor productivity is steadily increasing, and the efficiency of knowledge exchange will continue to improve.“Stack Overflow” community has been growing to a certain scale, and the influx of resources has caused the original technology to lack innovation and regress to a certain extent. Finally,we propose suggestions to improve the development of technical Q&A communities in conjunction with their own characteristics.
