Research On The Optimization Of The Whole Logistics Information Platform Of China Zhoushan Ocean Shipping Agency Co., Ltd

With the deepening of digital reform,building logistics information platform has become the main way for port,shipping,shipping and freight forwarding enterprises to carry out logistics information and integrate the resource elements of logistics nodes.However,due to the lack of trust,weak foundation and neglect of value-added business,many problems and deficiencies in the construction of logistics information platform have been exposed.Therefore,how to optimize the logistics information platform is an urgent issue for enterprises to study.In this thesis,the whole logistics information platform of China Zhoushan Ocean Shipping Agency Co.,Ltd.is studied.By using the method of questionnaire survey and interview,the users of the platform are surveyed,and the Zhoushan Ocean Shipping Agency staff are interviewed,to find out the existing problems in the Zhoushan Logistics Information Platform,such as the lack of hardware matching,the defects of information data sharing,the imperfect design of the logistics function,etc.,according to the related theory of Logistics Information Platform and the 10 principles of logistics system optimization,the overall structure of the platform is optimized,and the optimization strategy and structure adjustment are put forward for the basic layer,platform layer and application layer respectively,this thesis puts forward some improvement measures and safeguard measures,such as upgrading network equipment,increasing base station coverage,popularizing and applying RFID and other latest technologies,introducing customer credit evaluation mechanism,applying block chain technology,promoting data standardization construction,deepening cooperation of port and other public data platforms,expanding trade matching function,increasing financial insurance and customer service modules,etc.,it provides the reference for expanding the platform service function and improving the level of service.This thesis provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the logistics information platform in Zhoushan,and has a good practical significance.It is hoped that the study of this thesis can promote the development of business in Zhoushan,realize the transformation and upgrading,and also provide reference for the construction of logistics information platform of other enterprises in the industry.
