| The rapid development of digital industry technology represented by artificial intelligence,big data analysis,cloud computing technology,5g Internet and blockchain marks the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence.AI will bring high value-added big data analysis business and personalized recommendation of talents to the company by using massive data analysis ability and powerful computing ability,so that the enterprise human resource management department can analyze employees more scientifically and objectively,and become an effective means for the development and transformation of enterprise human resource management.Almost the entire IT giant companies,including Microsoft,Tencent and Google,are using AI for human resource development and transformation.However,some small and medium-sized enterprises Apriori believe that artificial intelligence is a difficult technology to use,and its application is too difficult,resulting in the application of artificial intelligence in small and medium-sized enterprises is still rare.In fact,from the perspective of AI enabling mode,with the continuous maturity of AI technology,AI applications can steadily empower small and medium-sized enterprises through big data,cloud computing and other ways,thereby reducing the threshold of technology application.Therefore,how to use artificial intelligence to complement each other’s advantages and how to embed artificial intelligence into the human resource management system of small and medium-sized enterprises are the key issues of this study.This paper uses case analysis,literature analysis,interviews and other research methods to analyze the problems and causes of human resource recruitment management of R company in small and medium-sized enterprises,and then constructs a human resource recruitment management system based on artificial intelligence,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the human resource recruitment management of R company.Specifically,first of all,based on the in-depth study of the artificial intelligence enterprise human resource recruitment management system and relevant literature,from the perspective of scientific management theory,technology,enterprise internal system and enterprise organizational structure,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of R company’s human resource recruitment management.On this basis,the paper comprehensively considers the massive storage and rapid processing capabilities of big data technology in the field of artificial intelligence,designs a human resources recruitment management system combined with BP neural network,and relies on the highly scalable and super large-scale data calculation method of cloud computing technology to solve the problem of insufficient data and difficult technical construction of small and medium-sized enterprises.Then,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of artificial intelligence in human resource recruitment management,this paper further puts forward the safeguard measures in the application of artificial intelligence.Comprehensively solve the problems encountered in the application of artificial intelligence in R company’s human resource recruitment management,make artificial intelligence provide feasible solutions and application suggestions that R company is technically difficult to build and has no way to start in the process of improving recruitment,make human resource work goals match r company’s business development goals and help achieve business results.At the same time,it provides a reference scheme for other small and medium-sized enterprises to build a human resource recruitment management system based on artificial intelligence. |
