| With the improvement of information level,customers’ demand for software development projects has changed more and more.In order to adapt to the changing needs of customers,software development companies must quickly deliver to customers in order to take the lead in the fierce competition,which puts forward higher standards and requirements for software development project management.In recent years,agile development mode has attracted much attention in the field of software development.From the perspective of software R&D capability,the application of agile development mode can help to meet the changing requirements of the system.However,in some software development companies,they encounter various obstacles in the process of applying agile project management methods,such as unclear process domain,imperfect management plan,demand source mainly depends on the communication of business team,low personnel training support,etc.,which leads to the failure to achieve the expected effect of agile project management.As a professional software development company,R company is committed to developing products that meet customers’ needs.With the change of external environment,R company’s product delivery faces the problem of inefficient payment.Under this background,the company’s management applies the agile development mode to project management,and optimizes the four process areas of agile project management based on CMMI system,which can accurately solve the above problems and comprehensively optimize R company’s process management.This research takes the research on Agile Project Management Optimization of R company based on CMMI system as the subject.Firstly,it analyzes the research background,key problems to be solved,practical significance and application value of the research,and reviews relevant research results.After that,this study analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,focusing on the concepts of agile and agile project management,as well as the basic content of CMMI system.At the same time,it points out that the research tools used in this study include SWOT analysis method and core competitiveness analysis method.Then,this study analyzes the introduction of R company and the current situation of agile project,analyzes the agile project development mode of R company,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of R company by SWOT analysis,and analyzes the core competitiveness of R company by core competitiveness analysis.By analyzing the current situation of agile project management in R company through questionnaire analysis,this paper points out the existing management problems.Combined with the analysis results,this study puts forward the agile project management optimization scheme of R company from the perspectives of process management,project management,engineering management and support management.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the agile project management optimization scheme,this study proposes to apply CMMI system to the agile project management optimization scheme of R company,And effectively implement product owner guarantee measures,agile coach guarantee measures,team guarantee measures and other guarantee measures. |
