Research On Health Service Cooperation Mode And Operation Strategy Of Public Library

Since the beginning of the new century,fast-paced social life has made people face more complex physical and mental health problems,bringing diversified health needs and new requirements for health services.In this situation,the pressure of medical institutions multiplied.The " Health China Action(2019-2030)" promulgated by the State Council in 2019 requires the government,society and individuals to jointly promote the establishment of a sound health education system and improve the fairness,accessibility and effectiveness of health services.Library is a public welfare social institution,it shoulders the mission of social harmony,so it has the obligation to participate in promoting social health equity and meet people ’ s health needs.Accordingly,this study takes the health service cooperation of public libraries as the breakthrough point,summarizes the cooperation mode of health service of public libraries on the basis of investigating the practice of health service cooperation of public libraries in China,systematically analyzes the problems and causes in the practice of health service cooperation mode of public libraries,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Firstly,this thesis reviews the research status of library health service cooperation at home and abroad,clarifies the research contents and methods,and illustrates the innovation of this study.Secondly,this paper discusses the concepts of health,public library health services,public library health service cooperation model and explains the application of synergy theory,Maslow’ s hierarchy of needs theory and multi-center governance theory for this study.Thirdly,based on the network survey of foreign public libraries,this paper summarizes two modes of health service cooperation of foreign public libraries,namely,loose mode and project-oriented mode.It is believed that the practical experience of health service cooperation of foreign public libraries mainly includes the following three points.Firstly,the library has a fuller understanding of the concept of health service.Secondly,it has a detailed division of the service target population.Thirdly,the majority of project-oriented cooperation and a wider source of funds.Then,this paper uses the network survey method to investigate the domestic public libraries,analyzes the characteristics of their health service cooperation practice,and summarizes three public libraries ’ health service cooperation modes : loose,project-oriented and government-led.On the basis of analyzing the similarities and differences of the three cooperation modes,this paper provides reference suggestions for public libraries to select suitable cooperation modes.Finally,based on the previous research and combined with the relevant information of case interviews,this study points out that the problems in the operation of the health service cooperation mode of domestic public libraries mainly include the relatively simple form of health service,the subject of service content needs to be subdivided,and the lack of continuity and systematization of cooperation.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of these problems.Combined with the practical experience of health service cooperation in foreign public libraries,it puts forward suggestions from three aspects : establishing health awareness,innovating the content and form of health service cooperation,and establishing and improving the long-term cooperation mechanism,so as to provide reference for other relevant studies.
