| At present,the traditional way of information exchange and general information platform are more and more difficult to meet the needs of enterprise development.The establishment of consulting project enterprise information platform is an essential process.With the goal of establishing the project management system of consulting enterprises,this thesis has carried out standardized management of the company’s core business,achieved the process integration at the implementation level,solved the problems of backward enterprise project management means,difficult project progress tracking and leaders’ inability to follow up the project intuitively,and deepened the company’s decision-making management.Through the project management of the system,the operation status,income,cost and progress of the project can be understood in real time,so as to effectively supervise,manage,assess and make decisions on the consulting project management.Through research,this paper finds that most of the current systems are large ERP systems,which are difficult to apply to small companies and are mostly simplified from large systems.The business management of consulting enterprises is based on the project management mode,but the systems applicable to consulting enterprises can not simply adopt the traditional way,but should combine their own characteristics to achieve a more enterprise oriented information system.In order to achieve the above purpose,this paper analyzes the enterprise consulting project management process in detail,and makes a comprehensive demand analysis on the development of the system,from which two breakthroughs are found.First,the risk analysis report and tips that help decision-making judge the necessity of implementation through the model prediction results.Second,SMS follow-up based on Alibaba cloud SMS service to provide reminders about the progress of the project.In terms of technology selection,it adopts B / S structure,HTML5,Java Script,springboot framework and MYSQL to build an information management platform for consulting projects.Each node of the B / S structure is distributed on the network and has little dependence on the environment.At the same time,because the client uses the browser,it is more convenient in development and maintenance.On the basis of reducing the system cost,it makes the system simple,easy to operate and easy to expand.At the same time,it solves the problem of decentralized project management and standardizes enterprise project management.The module of the whole project applies ISO9000 quality management system to the project module,so that the system can realize standardized information collaboration in the network environment.It mainly defines the boundary of each functional module and improves the pertinence,so as to facilitate the function expansion and maintenance of each module.Use risk analysis to follow up the project from undertaking the project,and further improve the online approval and circulation through SMS reminder,which greatly improves the work quality and reduces the loss of human,material and paper materials,so as to improve the office efficiency by more than 20% compared with similar systems.At present,the system has been deployed and applied.At present,the development functions meet the design objectives,can meet the company’s business management needs,and improve the company’s business integration ability,improve work efficiency and standardize business processes as a whole. |
