| Air warfare has strong complexity and high dynamics,and in the combat process,perception,as an extremely critical link in the OODA loop of combat decision making,has already been an essential part of all time in wars.Through the identification,tracking and positioning of enemy targets,we are able to make faster and more accurate decisions based on the information obtained,and are able to take the initiative in the combat process and guarantee the successful completion of the mission.Therefore,target sensing technology has always been a hot research issue in the military field.This paper mainly concentrates on researches of identification,tracking and localization technology for dynamic targets in air warfare,and works on the following aspects.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on air combat perception technology,investigates and analyzes the development overview of air combat system,along with the research status of vision-based air target detection method from two directions: traditional target detection method and deep learning-based target detection method,and then investigates and analyzes radar-based air target detection method from two directions: traditional target detection method and deep learning-based target detection method.The detection methods based on radar are then investigated and analyzed in two directions: traditional target detection methods and deep learning-based target detection methods.Secondly the theoretical basis of target perception is introduced,and the theoretical basis of camera model is introduced from three perspectives: the basis of pinhole camera imaging,the basis of coordinate system conversion and the theoretical basis of target perception and localization;then the theoretical basis of target detection,tracking and localization are introduced respectively to provide theoretical support for the later paper.Then,the detection and tracking algorithms based on vision applied in air combat are studied.The detection algorithms based on traditional target detection methods and deep learning-based target detection algorithms,as well as the target tracking algorithms including generative algorithms and discriminative algorithms are investigated respectively,and finally the algorithms are verified through vision-based target goniometric accuracy experiments and air combat target locking experiments based on the combination of detection and tracking.Finally,the air combat target perception and localization algorithm research is conducted,and the binocular vision-based air combat target localization method is realized through feature matching and binocular image matching,and the fusion of vision information and millimeter wave radar data is completed,and the joint vision and millimeter wave radar ranging localization method research is completed,and the method is verified through indoor accuracy experiments based on motion capture system and outdoor physical localization experiments. |
