Research On Internal Control Problems And Countermeasures Of Fixed Assets In N Broadcasting And Television Stations

As the only comprehensive provincial media in the autonomous region,N broadcasting and television station plays a unique role in leading the social trend of thought and spreading the culture of the autonomous region.As the mainstream media of autonomous Region,its functions can not be played without the support of fixed assets,and its fixed assets also have unique characteristics.Due to the large number,high value and large scale of fixed assets owned by the unit,it is difficult to manage fixed assets.Effective fixed assets management can fundamentally improve the development level of institutions,enhance the comprehensive strength.To sum up,in order to ensure the steady development of N broadcasting and television station,it is necessary to solve the problems existing in fixed assets management and adopt reasonable and effective internal control and management measures of fixed assets.Based on the existing concepts and theories of internal control of fixed assets at home and abroad,this thesis takes N broadcasting and television station as an example to conduct in-depth research on its internal control of fixed assets.And uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of quantitative evaluation of the N broadcasting and television the effectiveness of the internal control of fixed assets,according to the evaluation results,further on-the-spot investigation,visit,found the broadcast television in fixed asset investment budget,purchasing and acceptance,use and maintenance,there are some problems in such aspects as inventory and disposal.For example,the investment budget lacks effectiveness,the purchase acceptance is not standardized,the use and maintenance is not good,and the inventory and disposal is not timely.In view of the problems found,a series of optimization schemes are put forward,and measures are put forward to ensure the effective implementation of the schemes.Through the research of this thesis,we hope to effectively improve the management level of fixed assets of N broadcasting and television station,accelerate the pace of development,and at the same time,we hope to provide certain reference for the media industry.
