| In recent years,radar has been widely used in the field of civil area security.Radar data processing system is an important part of modern radar system.Specifically,it refers to the point trace of the target input by the front end of the radar,and the target track is output after processing.The radar data processing process includes: point track preprocessing,track start,track association,filter tracking,track termination,etc.After the original point trace is processed,the target motion parameters and status information such as target distance,azimuth and pitch angle,and speed are obtained,and these information are finally displayed in the radar terminal software.Driven by computer technology and microelectronics technology,the radar terminal has developed from the picture tube display stage to the modern computer display and control terminal.The design of the display and control terminal tends to be more user-friendly and has better real-time performance.In this paper,based on the application background of regional security radar,the research on radar data processing and display and control terminal is carried out.Combined with the relevant algorithms of radar data processing,a set of regional security radar data processing terminal software is developed.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.The point trace preprocessing part of radar data processing is studied,including radar coordinate system transformation,outlier processing,traditional point trace processing and related technologies of condensation,processing and condensation of point trace data in distance and azimuth,and finally Linear interpolation,into a unique trace.The target motion models,such as uniform velocity,uniform acceleration,and curve motion models,are expounded.The start and end of the track are discussed.The algorithm of track start includes the intuitive method,the logic method and the Hough transform method.The classical single target tracking algorithm is introduced,and the Kalman algorithm,the extended Kalman algorithm and the unscented Kalman algorithm are compared and analyzed by simulation.The track association algorithms,such as the nearest neighbor algorithm,the global nearest neighbor algorithm,and the joint probability data interconnection algorithm,are studied,and the track association algorithms are analyzed and compared through simulation.2.The Random Finite Set(RFS)theory is introduced.According to this theory,a multi-target tracking model is established,and the Bayesian filtering under the RFS framework is expounded.The research discusses the classical stochastic finite set filtering Probability Hypothesis Density(PHD)and its Gaussian Mixture-Probability Hypothesis Density GMPHD.The target tracking performance of the GM-PHD algorithm is simulated and analyzed,and the algorithm is proposed to be applied to radar data processing.Through the comparison of the actual field experiments of multi-target tracking,it is verified that the performance of the GM-PHD algorithm is better than the traditional target tracking filtering algorithm.3.Based on the Qt development platform,a set of regional security radar terminal software was designed and developed.The radar system architecture and technical indicators,and the overall architecture of the radar terminal software are introduced.The modular design and implementation process of the software is expounded,including network communication module,radar control module,UAV countermeasure equipment module,user registration and login module,etc.The data processing part in the terminal software is discussed in depth,involving the specific realization process of point trace preprocessing and track processing algorithm.Based on the basic method of software testing,the data processing performance of the software is evaluated in field experiments in different scenarios,and the reliability and stability of the software are verified. |
