Additive manufacturing technology in the medical field is a high-tech innovationintensive technology with high technical complexity and high profits.Therefore,infringement litigation and technical disputes in the name of patents often occur,which has caused many obstacles to the development of this field in China.In order to assist the relevant enterprises and practitioners in this field in China to avoid the threat of patent technology that may be encountered in the market competition in a timely and effective manner,based on the analysis of the development trend of additive manufacturing technology patents in the medical field,this paper constructs a relevant early warning model around its main technologies and key enterprises,and conducts research and discussion on this basis.Firstly,the visual analysis method is used to analyze the global application trend,technology composition,major innovation countries and important applicants.In this process,the HHI index and RPA relative index system are introduced into the development trend analysis of major technology and innovation countries.The results show that the development of medical additive manufacturing technology is extremely fast,and the whole world is in a period of rapid development.The technology in this field mainly includes implants,medical devices and medical models,among which medical models and implants are the technical hotspots in this field until now.China,the United States,South Korea,Germany and Japan are the main innovation countries,and the technological advantages of each country are also different.The applicants in this field are mainly Chinese universities and American enterprises.Secondly,the development of additive manufacturing technology in China ’s medical field is studied.Research shows that China ’s research in this field is relatively late in the world,but the development momentum in the past two decades is strong;the research of various technical branches of additive manufacturing in the medical field is growing,and the fastest growing is implants;China ’s patent layout is dominated by local applicants,and foreign applicants are mainly from the United States,Germany and South Korea;China ’s applicants are mainly universities,supplemented by enterprises,and the patent validity is low.Again,the main additive manufacturing technology patents in the medical field were selected for early warning analysis.Using the CRITIC weight method to calculate the index weight of the early warning index,the three-dimensional model of patent analysis is applied to the early warning of patent technology,and the early warning map of the main technical branches in the world is drawn.Studies have shown that implants and medical models should be blue warning;medical devices and printing system equipment should be yellow warning;biological tissue and drug printing should be orange warning;material research and development should carry out red warning.Then,the key enterprises of additive manufacturing technology in the medical field are selected for early warning analysis.The logistic regression model is used to determine the effective influencing factors affecting the patent litigation of the enterprise.The CRITIC weight method is used to calculate the index weight.The financial early warning Atman Z-score model is applied to the enterprise patent early warning.The results show that the three companies with good early warning status among the top 30 companies are all American companies;there are only three Chinese enterprises in the top 30,and the early warning status is general.Finally,according to the research results,it is proposed to promote the development of medical models and implants;establish and improve industry standards;suggestions such as strengthening the cultivation of compound talents and paying attention to risk aversion provide reference and basis for the development planning and risk aversion of technology in this field in China.
