| With the development of China’s manufacturing industry and the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" manufacturing power strategy,the production mode of China’s manufacturing industry has gradually changed.The traditional industrial communication structure can no longer meet the needs of modern chemical plants.The combination of information technology and industrial manufacturing has led to a large number of multi-source heterogeneous data on the industrial scene.To solve the above problems,this article designs an industrial communication platform with control terminals as the core,which can meet the requirements of multi-source heterogeneous data collection and forwarding in industrial sites,and achieve real-time reading of industrial site data and remote control functions for enterprises.Firstly,based on the industrial on-site environment,the functional requirements of industrial communication system design are analyzed,and a three-layer architecture of industrial communication platform is proposed.Furthermore,based on the architecture of the industrial communication platform,the overall software and hardware scheme of the industrial communication platform was designed;We have chosen industrial grade chip I.mx6 ull as the main controller and designed multiple communication interface modes such as serial port,network port,CAN bus interface,USB interface,and 4G,which can support multiple communication modes;Software design and development based on Linux system,using Snap7 protocol,Modbus protocol,and CANopen protocol to achieve multi device protocol support,and using communication protocol to read and parse industrial field data;Perform protocol conversion and bidirectional communication with the cloud through the MQTT protocol,achieving real-time data transmission and remote control functions.Finally,optimize the data format to reduce data transmission volume and improve real-time data transmission;By using encrypted communication methods to achieve communication between the control terminal and the cloud,ensuring the security and privacy of data transmission.The designed communication system was tested,including communication interface testing for control terminals,device communication testing,cloud communication testing,remote control testing,and encrypted communication testing.The test results prove that the designed industrial communication platform meets the design requirements. |
