Research On The Restoration Of Urban Image In The Post-epidemic Er

In the post-epidemic era,the construction of city image is more important,and it plays an irreplaceable role in economic development,talent reserve,and government credibility.In the aftermath of a crisis,a city’s image is often greatly damaged,so it is urgent to restore the city’s image.However,the main body of the city seems to be less sensitive to the construction of the urban image in the special period,and at the same time,the practice of restoring the urban image tends to be homogenized,and this construction attitude and method does not reflect the effect of the restoration of the urban image at all,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the city.Taking Xi’an as an example,this paper combines many public opinion events such as "Xi’an pregnant woman abortion incident,Xi’an steamed bun incident,and Xi’an one-code pass collapse" in the post-epidemic era,and at the same time broadens the scope of research to Wuhan,Shanghai and other cities,using literature research method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method to conduct research,and using image restoration theory,communication action theory,responsive government theory,etc.,to analyze from the aspects of crisis performance,repair dilemma and repair strategy of urban image.The author believes that the work of urban image restoration mainly lies with the government,and it is necessary to cooperate with the media and the public to complete the urban image restoration work.Therefore,this study proposes specific restoration strategies from three aspects: the government’s main responsibility,communication requirements,and public opinion guidance,aiming to provide image restoration ideas for cities in the post-epidemic era,and try to help other cities avoid image crises at the source.
