In recent years,under the background that the state and local governments have vigorously introduced a series of policies to promote the development of supply chain finance,more and more enterprises have entered supply chain finance in order to rely on policy dividends to develop their own industrial chains.With the blessing of the supply chain finance from platform to intelligent.In the current prepaid financing scenario,the Raft consensus algorithm has a single-point performance bottleneck.In addition,small and medium-sized enterprises lack a reasonable and comprehensive credit evaluation model,which leads to the problem of credit barriers between small and medium-sized enterprises and other core enterprises in developing new business.In response to the above problems,this paper first studies and summarizes the Raft consensus algorithm and its single-point performance bottleneck,and designs an improved PRaft consensus algorithm,which modifies the log submission mechanism of the leader node from sequential submission to out-of-order submission,expanding the The number of logs that can be processed by the leader node at the same time,so as to alleviate the single-point performance bottleneck of the Raft consensus algorithm.Secondly,through the analysis and research of the credit model in the current supply chain financial system,it is found that the previous credit evaluation model only pays attention to the static data indicators of the company’s past,while ignoring the dynamic nature of the company’s development.Therefore,this paper designs a SVM-based model.The enterprise credit dynamic evaluation model,which uses SVM to learn the index weight corresponding to the index coefficient,and then combines the index coefficient,development factor and time weight and other factors to dynamically establish a credit profile for the enterprise in an all-round way.The binding relationship of enterprises also reduces credit costs and loan risks for financial institutions.Finally,this paper conducts a sufficient experimental comparison between the improved PRaft consensus algorithm and the SVM-based enterprise credit dynamic evaluation model,and verifies the feasibility of the algorithm and the model.A prepaid supply chain financial management system based on blockchain technology has been developed,which integrates the PRaft consensus algorithm and the enterprise dynamic credit evaluation model,and conducts system tests to verify the effectiveness of the system.
