Research On Service Design Of Idle Item Sharing Platform In The Context Of Sharing Economy

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the average consumption level of residents is constantly improving,which is why many families have hoarded a lot of idle goods.It is a pity that the idle goods are not used,discarded or resold at a low price,which has caused trouble to many people.But at the same time,there are also many people who have demands for idle goods.Therefore,"sharing" has become a new form of consumption and even a way of life.However,sharing economy is a relatively young economic model,so there are many problems to build a sharing platform for idle goods.How to coordinate the relationship between the resource provider and the demander,how to protect the health,property and personal privacy of users,and how to optimize the distribution of resources are all tests for the service design of the platform.Based on the theory and method of service design,this paper studies the service design of idle goods sharing platform,and mainly selects college students and people with frequent mobility as the main target groups for research.Based on the relevant theoretical results and tools of the current sharing economy and service design,this paper first investigates and analyzes the existing sharing platforms of idle goods in the market,and then uses in-depth interviews and questionnaires to deeply explore users’ views and demands on the services of the existing platforms from the perspectives of resource providers and resource demanders.Then,personalized,safe and efficient service design strategies are proposed to match the needs of both parties and protect the rights and interests of both parties,and a visual service design blueprint and the interactive interface of the shared platform are output.Finally,the feasibility verification and comprehensive evaluation of the service design scheme proposed in this study are carried out by user rating method,and the second reflection of the scheme is combined with user suggestions to improve the deficiencies of the service process and interaction interface.This paper focuses on the "sharing" in the five development concepts,comprehensively considers the two perspectives of the owner and provider of idle goods,and puts forward the service design framework of sharing platform,which is helpful to promote the realization of sharing behavior and achieve the reuse and redistribution of resources.This study can not only the Shared economic and service design development contribution in the field of cross certain theoretical method,for the idle items of sharing platform of service design process provides a new train of thought,but also can promote the popularization of sharing platform of C2 C mode idle items,alleviate the current sharing between resource providers and demanders in the process need not harmonious.
