With China’s current network security work gradually entering the fast lane,especially in major security fields such as national data security,major information security,new technology and new application risk early warning,it has attracted keen attention from all over the world.As one of the key technologies of network security active defense,network attack effect evaluation can help security personnel quickly and accurately find the defects in the system,so as to find the corresponding protection methods and counterattack strategies.It is still one of the hot and difficult directions at present.Based on this,by accelerating the research on the key technologies of network attack effect evaluation,it is of great significance to discover the vulnerability of the Internet in time,evaluate the risk of the Internet in real time,and take effective prevention in advance,so as to reduce the huge economic losses caused by network attack.By establishing the evaluation index system of network attack effect,this paper puts forward the index preprocessing method based on semantic fuzzy number and the combined weighting method based on Intuitive Fuzzy and improved critical.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation method based on prospect theory and TOPSIS grey correlation is proposed and verified by simulation experiments.Finally,design and develop network attack effect evaluation system based on prospect theory and TOPSIS grey correlation.The main work and innovations are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the problem that the fuzzy and uncertain qualitative indexes can not be described by accurate numbers,an index preprocessing method based on semantic fuzzy numbers is proposed.In this method,fuzzy theory is introduced and semantic fuzzy number is used to preprocess the index.Secondly,in order to overcome the problem that the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is too subjective and can not make full use of the information contained in the index data,a combined weighting method based on intuitionistic fuzzy and improved critical is proposed.The first is to determine the subjective weight through the intuitive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the second is to determine the objective weight through the improved critical method,and the third is to organically combine the two through the idea of game theory,and finally obtain the combined weight.Thirdly,based on the determination of weight,a comprehensive evaluation method based on prospect theory and TOPSIS grey correlation is proposed.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,this method is improved by introducing the cosine similarity theorem and combining the grey correlation analysis method.At the same time,in view of the lack of unified measurement standard in the current evaluation of network attack effect and the failure to consider the change of evaluator’s decision-making preference affected by the external environment,by introducing prospect theory,the final comprehensive evaluation result can reflect evaluator’s subjective preference and risk attitude,which is in line with most people’s psychological expectations.Finally,this paper designs and implements a network attack effect evaluation system based on prospect theory and TOPSIS grey correlation.The system is divided into four subsystems:evaluation management subsystem,evaluation support subsystem,evaluation quantification subsystem and evaluation model subsystem.The evaluation quantification subsystem and evaluation model subsystem are the core modules of the system to realize the preprocessing and evaluation functions of index data respectively.The method theory and system function are verified by simulation experiments.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation,and the system function is relatively perfect and can run stably.
