Research On Evaluation Of Digital Library Application E-commerce Service Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Digital libraries give users access to a wider range of information resources and access to them,which cannot be achieved without the support of e-commerce technology.Currently,there is great interest in digital libraries,with millions invested in them and many digital library evaluation projects.Digital libraries play an indispensable and important role in the development of the country and society,and an evaluation study on the quality of e-commerce services applied in digital libraries can further understand the current state of digital library services in China.At the same time,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to realize the evaluation of the quality of e-commerce service for digital library applications can provide a better understanding of the construction level of China’s digital libraries from a wider range of perspectives.Therefore,the evaluation of e-commerce services for digital library applications can also be regarded as the evaluation of digital libraries.A good evaluation system has a good promotion effect on the construction research work of digital libraries and helps digital libraries to achieve standardization and differentiation.Based on the evaluation studies of domestic and foreign digital libraries,this paper constructs an index system,including 4 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators,in order to measure the services of digital libraries applying e-commerce.Using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method,combined with expert ratings derived from questionnaires,an evaluation model is constructed for the quality of e-commerce services applied in digital libraries.The final selected example objects were used for substantive evaluation to test the feasibility of the evaluation model.Based on the comprehensive evaluation results obtained,the current status and extent of the development of the quality of e-commerce services in digital libraries and potential problems can be analyzed to provide further recommendations.The evaluation of ecommerce services for digital libraries is an organic combination of theoretical research and practical experience to promote the scientific and sustainable development of digital library construction in China.
