Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Rural Book House Based On FAHP

At present,China is entering a new era full of opportunities and challenges,and in the process of solving complex problems,promoting national development and meeting people’s expectations,it must rely on the active participation and firm support of the vast rural areas.As an important part of the rural public cultural service system,Rural Book House also plays an important role in the rural revitalization strategy.Research and evaluation of the service quality of Rural Book House can deepen the understanding of the current situation of Rural Book House service in China.At the same time,the use of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the service quality of Rural Book House can provide more perspectives for understanding and studying the service of Rural Book House in China,and the service quality of Rural Book House can directly reflect the construction level of Rural Book House.Therefore,by evaluating the current service quality of Rural Book House,it is clear what problems still exist in the current Rural Book House service and what aspects can be improved,so as to promote the high-quality development of Rural Book House.The study is based on the theoretical foundation of Rural Book House and firstly,in reference to the national standard GB/T 29182-2012 "Performance indicators for libraries-Information and documentation",the international standard ISO 21248:2019 "Information and documentation-Quality evaluation of national libraries",and expert opinions in the field of Rural Book House,selected service quality evaluation indicators that are in line with the current development of Rural Book House.A service quality evaluation index system that is suitable for the current evaluation of Rural Book House services was established,which includes 5 primary indicators(service background,service facilities,service content,service operation,and service performance)and 15 secondary indicators.Secondly,with the expert scores obtained from the questionnaire survey,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was used to calculate the weight allocation of each evaluation indicator and construct an evaluation model that is practical for evaluating the service quality of Rural Book House.Finally,select the sample object and use the evaluation model to conduct substantive evaluation,verifying the operability of the evaluation model constructed in this study.Based on the evaluation results obtained from the evaluation model,the current service quality of the Rural Book House is comprehensively evaluated,and problems in the Rural Book House service are discovered,and targeted suggestions are proposed,such as raising funds from multiple sources,clarifying service positioning,strengthening diversified services,improving management quality,and establishing assessment mechanisms.
