| Public library are an important position for providing public cultural services,carrying the historical mission of spreading civilization,reviving traditional culture and gathering strength for national revitalization.Library service evaluation is an important means to promote the development of public libraries and is a realistic need for the development of public libraries in China.This paper studies the public cultural services of libraries from the perspective of user satisfaction,which is conducive to attracting readers to participate in library services,finding directions for libraries to improve their services,and has important reference value for libraries to provide satisfactory service levels for the public under the new situation.To address the issues studied in this paper,firstly,a literature review of library public cultural services is conducted,and the concepts of public cultural services and user satisfaction theory and service contact theory involved in this paper are explained and illustrated,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the later paper.Secondly,the service touchpoints of public cultural services in municipal libraries are introduced and analysed based on the service contact theory,the whole process of service activities is analysed,and a blueprint for public cultural services is simulated and constructed to provide index selections for the questionnaire.Using user satisfaction as the measurement scale and the majority of readers who receive the service directly as the survey object to measure,the questionnaire data analysis is carried out to describe and analyse the construction of basic security,organisation and management,service personnel,publicity and promotion of public cultural services in Yangzhou library and the satisfaction situation,and the data is empirically analysed according to the scientific research logic to reflect the whether the quality and level of public cultural services meet the daily needs and psychological expectations of residents.Finally,to summarise the problems found during the theoretical and empirical analyses of public cultural services in Yangzhou library,such as inadequate publicity;difficulty in meeting personalised needs;weak innovation capacity;poor quality of information disclosure and restricted feedback channels,and in response to the results of the empirical analyses and the problems found in the research,it is suggested that Yangzhou library should,in the light of the actual situation,widen the channels of publicity and promotion,improve the demand-oriented service mechanism,deepen the innovative development of public cultural services,encourage the participation of the whole society in public cultural services,and do a good job of information disclosure and broaden the ways of public supervision and management. |
