| The rapid development of Internet technology has led to the rapid growth of social media software such as short videos,but as with other social software,with the growth of time,users can become addicted to such software,addiction and other negative consequences,once users lose instant contact with social media,they will be irritability,anxiety and tension and other negative emotions,this process is regarder as "Fear of Missing Out(FOMO)".From a psychological point of view,missing out anxiety refers to people in the face of overwhelming social networks,due to the emergence of a large amount of information,people are always worried about missing what is happening in the short video,if they cannot check the social software in time,they will feel anxious,dazed,suffering and a series of complex emotions such as gains and losses.As the main user of short videos,college students need to explore the characteristics of short video use behavior under the psychology of missing out on anxiety,help college students correctly use to recognize missing out anxiety,find a balance between the real world and the virtual world,and guide college students to make reasonable use of short videos.The author firstly analyzes the and research relevant literature to understand the basic situation of current research in this aspect,and lists the conceptual theory of research design.At the same time,the literature analysis method is used to summarize the specific characteristics of college students’ short video use behavior under the anxiety of missing out,so as to construct a model of short video use behavior of college students under the anxiety of missing out.Then,the reliability and validity of the collected valid questionnaires are tested,and finally the current situation of college students’ short video usage behavior is analyzed from five dimensions: time,context,motivation,content and results,and discussed the differences of college students’ gender,education,only child and birthplace under the psychology of loss anxiety.The differences of social variables are discussed.On this basis,the characteristics of college students’ short video usage behavior are discussed,and propose suggestions for alleviating college students’ Tik Tok loss anxiety and the optimization measures of short video platform services. |
