With the expeditious evolution of network and multimedia technology,digital images are widely stored and transmitted on the network due to their excellent visual characteristic and the ability to carry a large amount of information.However,images containing sensitive information are at risk of being damaged and leakaged when transmitted on the network,and how to ensure the security of image information has become a hot topic of attention.The noise-like and texture-like images generated by traditional image encryption technology are vulnerable to suspicion and attack,while image information hiding technology realizes concealed transmission while protecting information content,providing higher security.However,the existing information hiding algorithms have the disadvantages of poor anti-attack ability,limited capacity and insufficient concealment.Aiming at the above problems,this paper introduces Contourlet Transform(CT)and matrix decomposition to carry out research on image information hiding algorithm and image steganography algorithm.Through matrix decomposition,secret information is embedded into the carrier image coefficients obtained through CT multi-scale transformation to achieve secure transmission of image information.The main content of this article is as follows:(1)A information hiding algorithm based on hybrid transformation and double matrix decomposition is proposed.To ensure the high invisibility and anti-attack ability of the hiding algorithm,this algorithm designs a hybrid transformation based on Integer Wavelet Transform(IWT)and Non-Subsampled Contourlet Transform(NSCT),as well as a double matrix decomposition embedding rule.The carrier image is transformed into a mixed transformation domain through mixed transformation,and the secret information is embedded into the coefficients of the mixed transformation domain through double matrix decomposition embedding rules to reduce the impact on the quality of the carrier image.Finally,an optimization factor expression was designed,and the fruit-fly optimization algorithm was used to obtain the optimal embedding strength,achieving a good balance between concealment and robustness.Simulation results show that the robust information hiding algorithm based on hybrid transformation and double matrix decomposition ensures high concealment of secret image information and improves its ability to resist image attacks.(2)Improving the hiding information capacity of algorithms while ensuring the concealment of secret image information is another research focus of information hiding algorithms.On the basis of image information hiding algorithm based on hybrid transform and double matrix decomposition,this paper introduces Compressed Sensing(CS)algorithm and proposes a color image steganography algorithm based on improved CS in hybrid transform domain.In this algorithm,the compressed sensing algorithm is applied to the preprocessing of the secret image,the secret image is sparse by the adaptive threshold sparse method,and the sparse image is measured by the measurement matrix optimized by double matrix factorization.The compressed image matrix is embedded into the mixed transform domain coefficients of the color carrier image by embedding rules,and the gray secret image is completely embedded in the color carrier image.The simulation results show that the algorithm not only meets the requirements of concealment,but also improves the load capacity of the steganography algorithm.
