Research On The Innovation Of New Think Tank Intelligent Service Based On Collaborative Knowledge Management Capabilitie

With the China’s development transformation of China’s development stage and changes in the think tanks are playing international situation,an important increasingly role in policy consultation for Party and government functional organs.China has elevated the development of think tanks to a national strategic level,and has issued a series of policies from the national level to firmly support development and implement the of new types of think tanks.The key to the think tanks lies in construction of innovation new collaborative,which enables different research subjects to conduct high-level research around common research issues.Therefore,new think tanks urgently need to use collaborative thinking to solve complex issues in knowledge management,namely,collaborative knowledge management.This study uses employee creativity as a mediator variable and environmental volatility as a moderator variable to explore the impact of collaborative knowledge management capabilities on smart service innovation in new think tanks.This study first defines research variables and their dimensions based on knowledge management theory,collaboration theory,knowledge ecology theory,and innovation theory,research proposes hypotheses,and a model constructs.Then,it designs the scale for this study with reference to scientific and mature scales,generates a questionnaire,and distributes it.Secondly,statistical using methods analysis such as validity and reliability analysis,correlation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis,and mediation analysis,the collected sample data were tested and analyzed,and a conclusion was drawn that collaborative knowledge management capability significantly positively affects innovation in new think tanks’ smart services,and employee creativity plays a mediating role between collaborative knowledge management capability and innovation in new think tanks’ smart services.Finally,based on the research results,innovative strategies for smart services in new think tanks are proposed,such as strengthening collaborative cooperation among knowledge entities,improving employees’ collaborative management capabilities,improving collaborative knowledge acquisition capabilities,and strengthening organizational culture.From the perspective of knowledge management,this study uncovers the internal power sources and main driving methods of smart service innovation in new think tanks,provides theoretical support and management strategies for strengthening smart service innovation in new think tanks,and enriches relevant research on new think tanks.
