| With the speedy progress of information technology,the amount of online information increases exponentially.At the same time,users’ information needs are constantly changing,and conventional information search methods can not meet users’ diverse information needs.In this context,social Q&A APP are gradually favored by users.However,the social Q&A APP is still in the growth period,and it urgently needs to meliorate the platform information quality,social quality,service quality,etc.to improve user satisfaction and cultivate the endurable development of the social Q&A stage.Build on information system success model,theory of perceived value,technology acceptance value,theory of media richness,flow theory and customer satisfaction theory,this study determined information quality,social quality,media richness,perceived value,perceived ease of use,flow experience,and user satisfaction these seven research variables,and raise the correlative hypotheses that affect the user satisfaction of social Q&A APP university students,and build a research model of the influencing factors of social Q&A APP university students’ user satisfaction.Secondly,this study designed,collected and screened 322 valid sample data through the questionnaire survey method,applied SPSS 26 and AMOS 26 software for data statistics,and concluded that information quality,social quality,media richness,perceived value,perceived ease of use,the flow experience all have an impact on the user satisfaction of social Q&A APP university students.Finally,according to the survey conclusions of this study,from four points of content management,evaluation system,platform guarantee,and service quality,it raises corresponding optimization suggestions for improving users’ satisfaction with social Q&A APP,and gives targeted advice for improving the development strategy of social Q&A platform’s reference. |
