The rapid development of the Internet not only brings convenience to people’s lives,but also catalyzes the emergence of problems.Various data security problems emerge in an endless stream,and the country has also increased the attention to the protection of personal information security and network security.As the carrier of online economic development in today’s era,e-commerce platform gradually occupies People’s Daily life,and carries a large number of users,behaviors,commodities and other information data.If not properly protected,it will bring serious interest damage to individuals,organizations and even the country.This paper is based on the electric business platform data security risk management research,for the platform of operators and people related to electricity trading behavior provide data security risk management advice,improve actor data security consciousness,broaden the risk management way,ensure the healthy operation of the electricity trading environment,avoid due to the electric business platform data security risk of indelible serious damage or crisis.The author will the risk management theory throughout the context,focusing on the present situation of risk management research,using the literature comparative analysis method combing the existing risk management research ways and deficiencies,and using qualitative analysis software NVIVO 11 and interview and the theory of combining public attention electric business platform data security risk points,then introduce financial risk management articles appeared in the mathematical statistics to evaluate the specific risk point analysis,finally combining the three principles of governance from normalized governance and emergency management two angles specific risk management optimization Suggestions.Study found that the existing risk management method in law,technology and industry self-discipline,but still have enough technology fusion,data protection technology is not high,in accordance with the punishment is not enough and ignore the emergency management construction,can optimize from the daily standardization management and strengthen the perspective of emergency response management,such as strengthening their comprehensive quality,improve the ability of compressive,emergency management set up a special team and detailed emergency plan design,more effective avoid electric business platform data security risk,protect the rights and interests of all parties.
