Research On Profit Model Optimization Of Reading Technology Under The Background Of Deep Integration

With the rapid development of economy,the progress and popularization of digital technology and Internet technology,as well as the continuous improvement of mass cultural quality,people’s demand for the spiritual world is also increasing.As a new form of reading,digital reading has also begun to enter the general public’s vision.This also brings opportunities and challenges to the digital publishing industry.The digital reading industry itself is asset-light,and the market competition is fierce,so the digital publishing industry should seize the opportunity in the competition,occupy the largest market share,and obtain greater economic benefits.In recent years,the country has also vigorously advocated digital reading,and issued a series of policies and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of digital publishing industry and digital reading enterprises.While improving the quality and level of national digital reading,we are also focusing on building a national digital reading platform.The uniqueness of the profit model of digital reading industry makes the development opportunities and challenges coexist,which has certain research value.In this thesis,case analysis method,literature review method and comparative analysis method are used to select Reading technology,which has a good development momentum in the digital reading industry in recent years,as the main research object,and compared with China Literature Group,combined with the profit model,value chain theory and other theories,to analyze the characteristics of reading technology’s profit model,components and profit model optimization process and optimization results.The profit model of Palm Reading technology is based on the industrial chain and the composite profit model of digital reading ecosystem.In this thesis,the components of the profit model of Reader Technology are decomposed and compared with that of China Literature Group,which is committed to developing copyright operation in the same industry.The financial indicators of the two companies from 2018 to 2021 are used to analyze the profitability,debt paying ability,operation ability and growth ability,and the results of the optimization of the profit model are analyzed from the perspective of users from the financial perspective to make a comprehensive evaluation.Through the research on the profit model optimization of Reading Technology,a representative enterprise in the digital reading industry,the following conclusions can be drawn: Reading technology has a good overall development,with good prospects for development,and its profit model optimization is on the right road.Therefore,some specific development enlightenment for digital publishing enterprises is obtained:enterprises must pay attention to user needs and seek differentiation;enterprises need to shape a reasonable structure and find a suitable development path;Enterprises should strengthen research and development investment,enhance core competitiveness;Enterprises should grasp the development trend and make reasonable use of state support policies.
