With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the continuous improvement of national quality,the needs of university library users are more complicated and diversified,which prompts the service concept and service mode of university library to change continuously.Service is an important standard to measure the value of library.In the process of transferring from "book place" to "human standard",it is particularly important to study the service quality evaluation of university library.In addition,college students are an important user group for the development of university libraries.With the advent of Web3.0 era,they can publish online comments on library services through various network public platforms,which can more objectively reflect the service status and quality of university libraries.Based on this,this study evaluated the service quality of university libraries by obtaining online reviews of 8undergraduate and junior college libraries on Dianping and based on semantic analysis and emotion analysis of the review text.On the basis of sorting out the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper proposes a research scheme of university library service quality based on semantic analysis and sentiment analysis of online reviews.Chapter 3,Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 are the core content of the research.Firstly,from the point of view of users,this paper obtains comments on the service quality of university libraries on Dianping,carries out pretreatment operations such as cleaning,denoising,removing words and cutting words for comments,and analyzes review subject words.Secondly,word embedding is carried out by Word2 vec model,topic clustering is carried out by K-means algorithm,and clustering visualization is realized.On this basis,the existing evaluation model is used for reference,the corresponding evaluation index terms are normalized,and the relevant localized evaluation index is integrated.The weight of evaluation index is calculated comprehensively by the method of comment utility calculation.Thus,an evaluation system of service quality of university library is constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation system of library construction,automation and digital construction,reader service,scientific research innovation and cultural inheritance service is established.Then,the sentiment dictionary in the field of online comments is constructed,the Jieba third-party library is used to perform the parts of speech tagging and entity recognition of comments by referring to the Chinese partof speech comparison table,and the emotion words are extracted to realize the emotion analysis of the content of online comment index.And calculate the emotional value of the evaluation index of eight university libraries such as Wuhan University.Finally,combined with the affective value and the weight of the evaluation index of university library,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the service quality of university library by means of the analysis of importance performance degree(IPA).In view of the problems existing in the service quality of university library,this paper focuses on strengthening the construction of infrastructure and optimizing the allocation of resources.Cultivate a capable and high-level librarian service team;Procurement of quality books,reasonable allocation of literature collection;Strengthen the construction of information resources,ensure information security four aspects of improving the quality of university library service suggestions.This study abandons the traditional way of evaluating library service quality by obtaining data through questionnaire,and refers to the existing evaluation model of college library service quality,analyzes the semantics of online reviews,and constructs the evaluation system of college library service quality.By analyzing the emotion of comments,the comprehensive evaluation of the service quality of university libraries can be realized,which can reflect the needs and emotions of readers.This study applies semantic analysis and emotion analysis to the evaluation of the service quality of university libraries,and the evaluation index system constructed can provide some references for the evaluation of the service quality of university libraries.
