Investigation And Analysis On The Current Status Of Smart Services In Some Prefecture-level Public Libraries In Anhui Provinc

With the advent of the new generation of information technology and the Internet era,the society is developing rapidly in the direction of intelligence.As a library providing services for the public and citizens,public libraries also follow the trend of the development of The Times,and actively transform the services of reference consultation,retrieval,borrowing and returning,space and so on into more intelligent services.In this study,Hefei City Library,Maanshan City Library,Xuancheng City Library,Fuyang City Library,Lu ’an City Library and Chizhou City Library in Anhui Province were selected as the survey objects,and the research methods were mainly network survey and supplemented by field survey.Investigate the current situation of intelligent reference and consultation service,intelligent retrieval and recommendation service,intelligent borrowing and returning service,intelligent space service and intelligent device application in the library.On this basis,this study introduces advanced cases of intelligent service in the East library of Shanghai Library to investigate and make statistics on the current situation of intelligent service in the East library of Shanghai Library.Finally,this paper compares and analyzes the survey results of the intelligent service status of some prefecture-level public libraries in Anhui province with that of the East Library of Shanghai Library,and finds out the main problems in the intelligent service of some prefecture-level public libraries in Anhui Province: The level of intelligent reference consulting service is low,the function of intelligent retrieval is not complete,the utilization rate of intelligent borrowing and returning service to the emerging service platform is low,the degree of intelligent space construction is not high,the degree of intelligent equipment is weak,and the degree of openness of the official website of the library is low.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of intelligent service of some prefecture-level public libraries in Anhui Province: changing the service concept,strengthening the construction of librarians;Upgrade the retrieval system and enrich the retrieval function;Make full use of emerging service platforms to provide one-stop loan and return services;Step up the construction of intelligent space;Increase government investment,improve intelligent service facilities;Improve the open degree of library online platform.This study can not only enrich the few theoretical achievements in the current situation of intelligent service of public libraries,but also help some prefecture-level public libraries in Anhui province to understand the real level of their own intelligent service and future improvement strategies,and also provide reference for public libraries in other provinces and cities to carry out intelligent service.
