The success of the operation of the organic food supply chain requires the cooperation of all parties. However, while all members of the supply chain aim to maximize their own interests, they often cause enterprises to act in a way that harms the interests of other enterprises in the process of cooperation. In addition, due to the limitations of traditional information technology and centralized mechanism, the information transparency of organic food is low,the credibility is insufficient, and it is difficult to achieve information interaction between upstream and downstream,The issue of counterfeiting in the organic food supply chain and consumers’ incomplete trust in organic food can occur at any time.Based on the advantages of decentralized and tamper-proof blockchain,it can monitor the whole process of organic food circulation in real time, promote the highly transparent whole industrial chain system, and solve the problems of information opacity and information supervision difficulty. On this basis, the game theory method is used to build the supply chain game models under the traditional supply chain and the new blockchain model, analyze the profit of each member of the supply chain, and compare the profit changes between the blockchain and the traditional model. It is shown that the main body and total profit under the blockchain model are superior to the traditional model, but the supply chain does not achieve Pareto efficiency when decentralized decision-making under the blockchain model. Therefore, the supply chain under the blockchain model is profit coordinated by using the revenue-sharing and cost-sharing combination contract, and it is concluded that the revenue-sharing and cost-sharing coefficients are within a certain threshold range, and the supply chain can reach a coordinated state to achieve Pareto improvement. And the influence factors of organic degree and quality rate are introduced to determine the influence of these factors on the profit of each member of the supply chain. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical model is verified by simulation analysis. The research results show that:(1)The total profit of each entity under the blockchain model is better than that of the traditional model, and the cost threshold of applying the blockchain is clear.(2)The introduction of blockchain technology has put an end to fake and substandard organic food to a certain extent.Consumers fully trust the organic degree of food, attract some potential consumer groups, and consumer demand has increased.(3)The increase in the rate of genuine products has led to an increase in the profits of all members of the chain, but it is not easy to achieve an increase in the rate of genuine products in traditional supply chains. The increase of organic degree will improve the profits of all members of the chain.(4)Under the blockchain model, the demand gain brought by the organic preference of consumers, the application cost of the blockchain and the additional green effort cost of producers jointly affect the profits of organic food producers.(5)The coefficient of revenue sharing and cost sharing can achieve Pareto improvement within a certain range, and the supply chain under the blockchain mode can achieve coordination, and all entities of the supply chain can achieve optimal profits.Based on the above qualitative and quantitative analysis, the preventive measures against counterfeit and inferior organic food supply chain are proposed. The introduction of blockchain can effectively prevent the occurrence of fake and inferior organic food supply chain.Organic food producers and retailers can dynamically evaluate the conditions of blockchain application based on the cost threshold of blockchain application. In addition,a reasonable monitoring mechanism of organic food supply chain data sources should also be established to maximize the prevention of fake and inferior organic food.
