| Chinese logistics industry is currently undergoing rapid development,especially during the country’s "Double Eleven" shopping festival,which has greatly stimulated the nation’s shopping frenzy.During the Double Eleven period,parcels can be misdelivered,lost and damaged.In order to improve the current situation in the logistics sorting industry,this paper designs an automated parcel sorting system that can effectively solve the problems caused by manual sorting.This paper therefore combines the strengths and weaknesses of existing products to design a flexible courier parcel sorting system.Main work completed:(1)Design the overall scheme of the express parcel automatic sorting system.The flip plate structure was designed according to the parcel flipping requirements,the connecting shaft of the flip plate was connected by a rotary cylinder,and the overall structure of the courier parcel automatic sorting system was drawn using SolidWorks.The structure of the overall system included the upper parcel area device,scanning area,the design of the guided sorting wheel structure,and the calculation of the selection of key part parts.The feasibility of the system was also analysed by performing interference checks in SolidWorks.The selection of key components was also calculated and the choice of the Welling three-phase asynchronous motor 80M2-2 was determined as the conveyor belt motor.The pneumatic system schematic was built according to the action requirements of the rotary cylinder,the rotary cylinder was selected and calculated,and the rotary cylinder of model HQR70A was finally determined to meet the design requirements.(2)Using finite element software analysis to carry out static analysis of the tilting structure,the maximum equivalent force of the tilting structure was found to meet the yield limit of the material.Combined with the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,it is concluded that the frequency response of the drive unit of the tilting structure and the sorting wheel frame structure must avoid resonant frequencies in order to make the design of the whole sorting system reasonable and safe.Optimisation of the structure through the response surface.The mass reduction of the tumbling structure is significant and shows that the main components can still meet the load requirements in use with reduced mass.(3)In the design of the control part of the sorting system,the 1215 PLC of the Siemens S7-1200 series PLC was used to complete the design of the automatic sorting control system for express parcels.The main design and selection of PLC,sensors and other key components;in the software design,the reset initialization,packaging quantity statistics,cylinder alarm program and express parcel sorting control ladder program design,part of the program simulation function to verify the rationality of the logic.The system main program flow chart drawing and ladder diagram writing,and finally completed the HMI automatic mode interface,manual mode interface design;after the hardware and software design,the system can meet the requirements of express parcel automatic sorting function design,that is,to achieve the area identification and sorting of express parcels. |
