| In the high-speed urbanization process of our country, community has gradually become the basic unit of urban space. As the residential place of urban residents, community is embedded in urban space. This "embedding" makes the community not only an important carrier in urban governance, but also the "last mile" of urban governance. The modern news and communication industry is developing vigorously with the construction of urbanization.Newspapers, radio and television take urban residents as the audience and urban life as the content.Through the transmission of information, they turn the "media" ’s own communication network into a social network hidden in the daily life of residents, connecting residents in the form of mass communication. In this sense, the social boundary of a city can be determined according to the scope and efficiency of mass communication. In the medium and macro scale, the positive role of mass communication in the "imagination" of the community-cities,nations and countries-need no more words. However, existing studies have pointed out that the function of mass communication is limited when entering micro communities. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the communication mode of breaking up new media makes it possible for traditional mass communication to "sink" in depth. However, when the new media becomes a universal mode of communication, the limitations of mass communication may also appear in the "new media" communication. This study takes communities as the research object, and obtains empirical materials through semi structured interviews and participatory observation through specific case studies of interpersonal communication dimensions in community communication.Based on this, through relational dialectics,Marx’s "practice",and Gertz’s "deep description",starting from the "contradictory relationship" of interpersonal communication, this paper describes three types of action scenarios and content of interpersonal communication within the community, and further explores the origin of interpersonal disputes among residents, property, and neighborhood committees in the community. The study found that the three types of interpersonal communication dimensions within the community are divided into two levels: traditional face-to-face and new media intermediary. The two are unified in the community space, and new media should be regarded as the background of community life, rather than a completely independent research object.Firstly, starting from typology, the communication practice of neighborhood committees is organizational communication, the communication practice of property management is mass communication, and the communication practice of residents is typical interpersonal communication. In the communication practice between neighborhood committees and property management, interpersonal communication is an important way for neighborhood committees and property management to complete their work.Secondly, the neighborhood committee will "structure" its interpersonal communication due to work needs.Thirdly, the interpersonal communication contradiction between residents and property is due to the residents’ vague understanding of the "exchange" principle, which stems from the contradiction between multiple identities of residents. Finally,on the basis of the above findings,it is found that there is a qualitative difference between the traditional community and the modern community, that is,the way of reproduction is different. In addition, feasible suggestions were also proposed to reduce conflicts among the three types of communication entities in the community in the short term. |
