With the continuous advancement of my country’s urbanization and the improvement of logistics infrastructure,the Internet industry has become an important part of my country’s economy.At the same time,the application level of the Internet industry has gradually become one of the important indicators to measure the comprehensive strength of a country.Today,when e-commerce has entered our daily life on a large scale,the new retail system based on the community has gradually formed a new business wave.In this context,operating platforms for consumption by community residents emerged as the times require.Such platforms include Xingsheng Optimum for the whole country and Meituan Optimal,etc.;there are also local platforms like Company A that focus on a certain region.This paper conducts optimization research on the site selection and delivery route of the central warehouse under the integrated warehouse and distribution mode of the local community operation platform.First of all,the relevant concepts,integration classification and operation status of the community operation platform are summarized and analyzed,and it is found that there are two main factors that affect the warehouse allocation efficiency of the community operation platform: the first is the location of the central warehouse,as a community operation platform in the operation process This paper introduces fuzzy numbers to describe the most core elements and the most important problems in the warehouse.Through different warehouse location schemes,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the relevant priority weights of different schemes,and finally the most satisfactory central warehouse selection is obtained.address scheme.Secondly,the optimal delivery route scheme is solved.In order to optimize and solve the distribution path of the platform’s main line and branch line logistics,this paper establishes a corresponding distribution path model,which is based on the timeliness constraints of the distribution link,logistics costs,fixed investment and the lowest operating costs as the core objectives,taking into account various constraints Based on the conditions,combined with the specific example of A company,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and solve it,and the optimal delivery route plan is obtained.
