| Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)are a type of network composed of miniature intelligent sensor nodes deployed throughout a monitoring area, connected to each other through communication technology to achieve functions such as data perception, processing, and control.WSN are a special type of self-organizing network and an important component of Io T technology. At the same time, security issues faced by WSN have always been a constraint and obstacle to their development.WSN face complex security incidents, which are often exploited by attackers due to vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the network system during design and development, leading to security incidents. At the same time, due to the persistence and indirectness of the attack forms, the network needs to be defended based on prior knowledge of attack sources, characteristics, approachs, and behaviors.Attackers can repeatedly probe, analyze, and penetrate the inherent vulnerabilities of network nodes and target node characteristics until the attack goal is achieved.Defenders can only passively adjust defense measures based on the attacker’s strategy, unable to adapt flexibly. Therefore,in addition to designing systems that are as secure as possible, assessing network risks and dynamically adjusting defense strategies can provide a new solution to the security issues of WSN.In summary, the main work and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)To address the issue of information asymmetry between attackers and defenders in the network and the problem of complete rationality in traditional games,a multi-stage dynamic security risk assessment model based on incomplete information games is proposed. The model uses Bayesian belief networks to establish a probability attack graph, first assessing the risks of network node attributes and vulnerabilities, considering the associations between nodes, and using Bayesian rules to calculate the probability of nodes being compromised.Secondly, the model dynamically simulates attack sources and uses incomplete information game methods to find multi-stage equilibrium strategies, searching for the attacker’s optimal attack path. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed approach can effectively predict the attacker’s attack behavior, derive the attacker’s attack path, and detect potential security threats in real-time.(2)Aiming at the passive defense problem of network defenders, the dynamic defense research of wireless sensor networks based on signal game is proposed.Firstly, the model is designed based on the dynamic target defense principle to adjust the target network defense strategy actively, increasing the difficulty for attackers to understand the network and its defense measures.Secondly, comprehensive defense is implemented using signal games,by actively releasing targeted defense signals to achieve defense deception, increasing defense styles and methods, and overcoming the defender’s passive defense problem.False defense signals disrupt the attack behavior through deception and confusion, weakening the attacker’s information advantage, further enhancing the initiative of defense. Finally, aiming at the passive defense problem of network defenders, the dynamic defense research of wireless sensor networks based on signal game is proposed. |
