| At present,China is speeding up the construction of a new development pattern with a large domestic cycle as the mainstay and dual domestic and international cycles promoting each other.Under the new development pattern, the role of consumption as a key driver of economic growth has become increasingly important and is a key feature of growth in the new stage of development.Consumption of FMCG products has become an important part of social consumption of retail goods, occupying more than 20% of overall household consumption. In recent years,Chinese demand for FMCG products has been growing rapidly, adapting to the characteristics of personalised, small quantity and online FMCG consumption, which has introduced new requirements for the construction of a logistics warehouse and distribution system. In this study, the warehouse and distribution service link of FMCG company Q after the arrival of the order is selected as the research object.Through the analysis of its current warehousing and distribution situation,we can see that the main problems in warehouse and distribution exist: warehouse and distribution processes are not closely connected, order batching strategy is relatively backward, and distribution route planning is still unreasonable, resulting in low efficiency of enterprise warehouse and distribution, high logistics costs, and the overall level is at the primary stage.Based on this,to address the pain points of Q FMCG company’s warehouse and distribution services, two key aspects of its warehousing and distribution business process-order batching and distribution routes-are selected for joint research and optimisation.By analysing the relevant problems and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,an optimisation model with the objective of minimising the total service time of Q FMCG’s orders is established, the K-means clustering algorithm is used to segment the target customers into regions, and on the basis of the completed region segmentation,an improved adaptive large neighbourhood search algorithm is used to reasonably plan the distribution paths of each sub-distribution region of Q FMCG,and the seed algorithm is used to intelligently batch the clustered customer point orders,an optimized order batching and route planning scheme was finally derived.By comparing the total order service time of the traditional order batching and route planning scheme with the optimized scheme,it is confirmed that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the warehousing and distribution service time of enterprise orders. Finally, the proposed measures for optimizing the warehouse and distribution system of Q FMCG Company are proposed to provide reference for Q FMCG Company to improve the efficiency of warehouse distribution. |
