Research On Factors Affecting Information Sharing Behavior Of Online Community User

With the rapid development of the Internet,people’s lives have been greatly changed.The network community generated in the Internet era has a significant impact on the information exchange between people.The Internet collects information from various sources,and the information in the network community is more and more uneven and gradually rising,which makes the information sharing environment particularly complex and affects the users’ information sharing behavior in the network community.In order to give full play to the value of community information,it is extremely important to identify the factors that influence information sharing behavior.The question discussed in this paper is what factors will affect users’ information sharing behavior in network communities.From the perspective of information ecology,based on the relevant theories of information sharing behavior as the model,through the review of the current literature on network communities and the analysis of the current social situation,four dimensions are extracted--"information person","information","information environment" and "information technology",which are the key contents discussed in this paper.Establish a model of influencing factors of users’ information sharing behavior in network community.In this model,the dimension of information person includes interaction ability and member trust factors,the dimension of information includes usefulness and timeliness factors,the dimension of information environment includes interaction atmosphere and incentive system factors,and the dimension of information technology includes technical efficiency and security factors.In this paper,531 valid samples were collected by means of network questionnaire survey.The collected questionnaire data were tested for reliability and validity by using SPSS and AMOS software,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and the relevant hypotheses proposed in this paper were tested by structural equation model.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.According to the research results of this paper,it is found that in the model of influencing factors of users’ information sharing behavior in network communities,the three dimensions of information person,information and information technology all have positive effects on users’ sharing intention to varying degrees.The information technology dimension has a positive effect on users’ information sharing behavior;The information sharing intention of network community users has a positive impact on information sharing behavior;Users’ willingness to share information plays an intermediary role in information person,information,information environment and information sharing behavior.Based on the analysis of the research results of this paper,relevant suggestions and strategies are put forward from the four dimensions of information people,information,information environment and information technology,so as to promote the long-term and healthy development of the network community information ecosystem.
